Residential property transactions can be complex and confusing which is why we at JPL will do all that we can to help you cope with all the issues that moving house can bring.
We offer an effective and economical service, and we will do all that we can to help you to understand what we will do for you, what it will cost (including stamp duty land tax, Land Registry fees and other sums we have to spend on your behalf – called disbursements), the timescales involved and who will be responsible for that work.
