Commercial Property and Development

Our commercial property work covers every type of property to include offices, warehouses, factories, retail shops, licensed premises and more. With development work we can advise throughout the life of the project – from the initial site acquisition through to the eventual disposition of the completed development. We also advise and act in relation to financing of acquisitions and projects through the taking of mortgages, debentures and other security.

Commercial Leasehold

Commercial leases can be lengthy and complex and it is important that a proposed landlord or tenant has professional advice so that they are fully aware of the effect of such an agreement and the law in this area. We can advise in relation to any commercial leasehold matter from a short lease of a small high street shop, through to a lengthy technical lease of industrial premises. Our work in this area covers the preparation of a new commercial lease for a landlord, or advice for a tenant who may be taking on a new lease or having an existing lease assigned to them, possibly alongside a business purchase.

Agricultural Work

Agricultural law is a broad term that covers such matters as the sale and purchase of farmland and buildings, the preparation and advice upon agricultural tenancies and bespoke agreements such as option contracts for windfarm access and leases for telecommunications equipment. In this rural community we are very happy to advise and represent farmers upon these issues.

Please contact us to discuss any potential commercial or agricultural work and we will be happy to discuss your options and provide a quote specific to the work required.

Please note that we do not undertake Licensing Act 2003 applications but can recommend you to others who are able to do so.
